The Land God Promised looks at the geology, geography, climate, vegetation and animals along with the four seas, three continents, two deserts, yet one God influencing the people of the Land.

Five Varieties:
Geology: how plate tectonics and earthquakes formed the land as it is today and discussion of physical layout of the land from north to south, east to west.
Geography: the results of the geological factors shaping the land and its location.
Climate: the geography of the land and its location determine the climate; seasons, temperatures, rainfall amounts.
Vegetation: the climate influences the vegetation that grows in the different regions of the land. A look at the plants of the Bible.
Animals: vegetation determines what animal life can be supported by the land. A look at the animals of the Bible.
Four Seas: Red Sea (Yam Suf); Mediterranean (Yam Cado); Dead Sea (Yam Ha-Malech); Galilee (Yam Kinnereth): size, dimensions, marine life. What the Bible says and influence on the nations.
Three Continents: Eurasia, Africa, Asia. How do these places and the peoples who live in them influence the land of Israel?
Two Deserts: Sahara and Arabian. How do these deserts impact the Land?
One God: Jehovah. While most today understand that there is only one GOD, in the ancient world people worshipped many gods, usually native local gods tied to their land or nation. How does Israel’s GOD differ?
