The seminar Jesus on the Road follows the travels of Jesus from His birth up to the time He arrives in Jericho just before His last Passover with His disciples. John’s Gospel informs us that Jesus experienced the Feast of Tabernacles and the Passover three times with his disciples. If we only had the Synoptics, we might think His ministry was only during a one year period. Luke tells us he intended to record the life of Jesus in an orderly account. Using these two Gospels, we attempt to place Jesus’ travels in chronological order. We examine the places and what the findings of archaeology can tell us.
